    my father owned at that time such a car (Opel Rekord B 2-Door Sedan). worst car he has ever owned...
    The car was so bad that it was definitely his last Opel...
    The new developped engine (1698cc) was a permanent source of problems

      Well thats odd? My farther still owns his 2 door sedan and it has over 350 000 on it and still runs great :D
